My sport is skydiving and when I needed repairs done to my jumpsuit Cynthia at AltEm didn't hesitate to help me out. She was great to work with, very helpful, flexible with her time and ideas and really fun to chat with. Whatever you need done she'll deliver to the best quality. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Cynthia did a fabulous job on some tricky alterations. She sets the right expectations regarding timeframes and even completed my last alterations 2 days early! Cynthia sends a notification to let you know that you can collect which is really convenient and offers very good value. Highly recommend!

Cynthia was an absolute lifesaver. We had a zip on a skirt become damaged the night before the opening of a show and Cynthia was kind enough to take on the emergency job. She said that she would get the skirt back to me the next morning but ended up finishing it within a couple of hours the same day I dropped it off. I could not recommend her more and am so so thankful for kindness and professionalism!

I had 3 dresses that just weren’t sitting right on me and I wasn’t wearing. Cynthia did a beautiful job altering them so I could give them the nights out they deserved! She is a skilled sewer and carefully unpicked the neckline and shortened the bodice for me. She also loves dogs and didn’t mind me bringing my new pup into the shop in her crate. Can recommend, will be returning to get some more items altered soon. Try to allow her some time to do what she does best, as she is a busy woman.

Cynthia went out of her way to fit me in, an absolute gem. She did an amazing job to make a fancy dress costume come alive. Great quality and reasonable costing. I will be back!
